Burn It Down puzzle #13

We are almost there, puzzle number 13 is now up at http://burnitdown.linkinpark.com and three more to go. Use this puzzle cheat to solve it if you can’t solve it yourself. Here’s picture number 13 and the grid progress so far. No one has been able to solve the 5.4 cipher puzzle and we have yet to hear any snippet of the single. Hopefully when the puzzle is done we’ll get something.
